Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information — your name and email address, provided when you sign in with Google.
• Content you submit — the listings, product details, tags, descriptions, writing samples (“your voice”), and correction notes you enter to be graded, fixed, or written.
• Usage data — counts of your grades and fixes, timestamps, and your IP address (used to rate-limit the free public grader).
• Payment information — handled by Stripe. We store your plan and a Stripe customer/subscription reference, but never your card number.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service — grading, fixing, and writing listings; enforcing plan limits; processing payments; and communicating with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.

AI processing

Listings and related content you submit are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic (Claude), to generate scores and rewritten listings. This processing happens only to produce your result. Under Anthropic’s API terms, content submitted through the API is not used to train their models.

Service providers

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service:

• Google — sign-in / authentication
• Stripe — payments and subscriptions
• Anthropic — AI grading and writing
• Neon — database hosting
• Vercel — application hosting

Storage and security

Your account and usage data are stored with our database and hosting providers (in the United States). Some preferences, such as your saved voice and corrections, are stored locally in your browser. We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Retention

We keep your information while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.

Your choices

You can access, correct, or delete your information, or disconnect your account, by emailing tktlbusiness@gmail.com. We use only an essential session cookie to keep you signed in — no advertising trackers.

Children

Listing Bench is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
