Isn't this just ChatGPT?
It runs on Claude, and we say so plainly. Will Etsy penalise an AI-assisted listing?
No. Etsy allows AI-assisted listings. Listing Bench rewrites in your own voice against Etsy's real rules, so the result competes on being specific and useful — not on keyword stuffing, which is what actually gets listings buried.
Does it replace keyword research?
No, and it won't pretend to. Bring the phrases you found in eRank or Marmalead — this turns them into a finished listing that follows the rules. It's the writing and fixing layer, not the data layer.
Do you need access to my Etsy shop?
Only if you want the one-click shop scan. Connecting is read-only — we can see your listings, never edit them, and you can revoke it from your Etsy account at any time. Prefer not to connect? Paste your title, tags, and description instead; nothing is ever written back to Etsy either way.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The audit and your first grades are free with no card. A card only comes into it when you buy the Fix Pack or start a plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account page in two clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then simply drops back to free. The $29 Fix Pack never renews at all.
Why does my receipt say Stripe?
Stripe processes our payments — the same processor Etsy itself offers. Your card details go to Stripe, never to our servers.
