Terms of Service

Last updated: July 11, 2026

These terms govern your use of Listing Bench, at getlistingbench.com (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. Questions? Email tktlbusiness@gmail.com.

1. The Service

Listing Bench helps Etsy sellers and Amazon KDP authors score their listings against each platform’s rules and rewrite weaker ones. You must be at least 18 to use it.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and you’re responsible for activity under your account.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

  • There is a free tier with usage limits, and paid plans (Maker and Shop) billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
  • Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account’s billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period.
  • “Unlimited” usage is subject to reasonable fair-use limits to prevent abuse.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. We may change prices with advance notice; changes don’t affect the current paid period.

4. Your content and responsibility

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us the limited right to process it (including via our AI provider) solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for reviewing every AI-generated result before you use or publish it, for its accuracy, and for complying with the rules of Etsy, Amazon, and any other platform — including disclosing AI-assisted content where those platforms require it.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service for anything unlawful, infringing, or abusive; don’t attempt to scrape, resell, or overload it; and don’t misrepresent your identity.

6. No affiliation

Listing Bench is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. or Amazon.com, Inc.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee increased sales, search rankings, or platform approval, and AI output may contain errors — always review it before relying on it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
